our room was exceptionally nice and had 2 queen-size beds. the location was marvellous, not very far from an art museum. with speedy check-in and late check-out at 12:00, this hotel was wonderful. the staff were elegant and awesome, ready to any request.

The hotel was first class no negatives at all
Do not use the Shula restaurant adjoining the hotel an absolute rip off. It was one of the worst experiences I have had. Value for money was disgusting especially as in us everywhere else is exceptional.

Quite relaxing, clean & comfortable. Leisure / Swimming pool excellent. Free Parking a big bonus. Staff extremely helpful & cordial.
The only negative. We booked for 3 nights & at check in we decided to stay a further night, however even though it was a week night we were charged a large extra cost. (Not very customer friendly)

Beach service (shuttle to and from the beaches, with chairs + towel + fresh water: really a plus!)
My Booking, com reservation wasn't on their records! First time ever! ... They said that the code wasn't theirs, and beside that they did not know how to call you to check the situation! Then they gave us an upgraded room (a suite), probably the very last room.

Well priced breakfasts, hotel was kept fairly clean.
Thanks very much for the friendly service you offered me, including shuttle to the airport. Liked lounge chair and free WiFi in the room. The location was great, for example, an art museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location, nice design of the hotel, clean. Plus - they are renting bikes for free
Personal - they charged us more, we had troubles to set the right bill (their fault and NO appology at all).Houskeeping did not give us towels, we called reception and houskeeping and wait 1,5 hour to get it. Next day we did not have toalet paper - never brought it however we called... Very poor concierge breakfast and snacks, extremely soft and uncomfortable beds. Our room was right above some air condition, NO view at all and VERY noisy all night, could not sleep at all!

The stay was pleasant overall, and I appreciated the comfortable King Room. The beach shuttle service was super convenient. The complimentary bikes allowed us to explore the surrounding area, which added a nice touch to our vacation. The room could have used more lighting to brighten up the space.

Clean, quiet and really nice and helpfull staff!
It was further away from town than i thought, but we had a car. There are some restaurants around which are within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again'

The complimentary bikes made exploring the area easy, and the beach shuttle with chairs and towels was a huge plus. The staff, especially michael, was attentive throughout our visit.
the room lacked sufficient lighting.

This hotel is located near gorgeous beaches, great restaurants and shops yet it has a quiet, laid back vibe away from the busier hotels like The Ritz. It feels more like a boutique hotel than a commercial chain. Love that you can park your own car and there are no extra resort fees.
